Printing
Before printing a database open the Page Setup and set the page size and include fields. To open the Page Setup dialog click on Page Setup on the Print menu:
In the Page Settings tab set the page size and orientation:
In the Include Fields tab check the columns you wish to print:
Be sure to uncheck any sensitive information you do not want to send to the printer.
NOTE: Before printing alway look at Print Preview.
